Blogmas Day 14: Look Incredible Deluxe Beauty Box December 2018 Review.

Look Incredible are a company that provide monthly ( Standard box is every two months, Deluxe box is every month) subscription boxes both standard (£25 pm) and deluxe (£35 pm). The monthly boxes contain 4/5 full sized beauty products. I'm subscribed to the deluxe box which contains brands such as Chanel, Dior, Tarte, Too Faced and many many more. £35 might seem like a lot but when the total product value for each deluxe box is usually between £90-£100+ it's a no brainer. I have mixed feelings about this months box, I'm not too sure if I like it or not, and even after trying the products I still can't figure it out. It's definitely not my favourite box, but i'll most likely be incorporating two of the items into my dailyish routine. 

Cover FX Gold Bar Highlighting Palette- £34.00
This palette is stunning there is no doubt about it, however trying to swatch it I came into difficulty. Not a huge amount of product came up, and there was even less on the brush. It was buildable but not the high pigment I was expecting. Setting spray helped a lot, so did scratching off the top of some of the product, as I suspected there was some sort of film/the formula had sealed it's self over, doing this has transformed the palette and I'm starting to see the high pigment thats been mentioned.

Tarte Tarteist Matte Lip Paint in 'Vibin'- £17.00
I really like Tarte Lip Paints, they don't dry out my lips and last quite a long time. I'm not a huge fan of this colour as wearing reds is a very rare thing for me. I might give it a go over the christmas/new year period but other than that, it will probably stay in the drawer.

Nars Mizubake Kabuki Brush- £34.99

Really not a fan of this brush, for the price the quality really isn't great. I appreciate that it's meant to be inspired by Japan and the Kabuki Theater. But the whole thing just looks cheap. The brush itself is quite soft but that's about the only thing it has going for it.

Benefit BrowVo Conditioning Eyebrow Primer- £24.00

What I thought might have been a silly novelty has actually turned out to be possibly my favourite thing from this box. Admittedly I've not used it enough times to be able to tell if there's a difference when using it or not, but so far I like what I've seen. It contains keratin and soy proteins that are meant to help make brows look thicker, healthier and fuller.
